Honestly, we’ve been walking around pretty effin’ proud of everyone lately. Proud? Yeah, because somehow, we’re all juggling life, work, daily disappointment, and that constant feeling like we’re doing it all wrong—and still showing up every day. And frankly, we think everyone deserves to hear, “Hey, good job. You made it today.”
But here’s the thing: we’ve also felt like a bag of 💩 for a while now. Like maybe this grind isn’t what life was supposed to be about. And after spending way too long thinking something must be wrong with us, we’ve come to realize: nope, there’s just something wrong.
Because doing your best shouldn’t feel like a full-time job.
We’ve spent years trying to keep up in a system that never really had space for us.
We did everything right (degrees, deadlines, side hustles) and still ended up burnt out, underpaid, and Googling “how to feel joy again” between Teams calls.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re hanging on by a color-coded Google Calendar — welcome.
You’re not behind. You’re just working in hard mode.

Because “having it all” now means having five coping mechanisms and a plant that’s still alive.
We’ve learned that thriving isn’t about becoming the best version of ourselves, it’s about staying soft in a world that profits when we harden.
We show up. We try again. We find tiny joys between therapy sessions and tax season.
So let’s rewrite what thriving looks like: less pressure, more presence.
Because caring, even when it’s hard, is the most rebellious thing we can do.
Because the middle is where the magic (and the memes) live.
Life isn’t all highs and lows. It’s mostly the messy middle.
It’s 11 p.m. doomscrolling and 7 a.m. optimism. It’s crying to a podcast and laughing five minutes later.
It’s the small wins, the quiet resilience, and the collective chaos that connects us.
This is where XO, Millennial meets you — in the in-between.
Here’s to celebrating the in-between: the chaos, the quiet DISAPPOINTMENT, and the courage it takes to keep going.

Honestly, I’ve been walking around in a state of constant disbelief since entering adulthood, whispering to anyone who’ll listen, “How the hell are you even doing life right now?”

If you've made it this far, we're off to a pretty good start here, dear millennial. Ready to compare childhood trauma over coffee yet? Yeahhhh, ya are.
